Assisted Living

Assisted Living is the fastest growing segment in the senior health care field.  It is a long-term care residence for people who do not need the intensity of care provided by nursing homes . . . a special combination of housing, personalized support services and health care for the activities of daily living. 

As part of Trinity’s Campus, the Assisted Living consists of 6 suites and 1 studio apartments.  This new service is a major component of Trinity’s continuum of care.  It offers independence and dignity for each  resident and  will encourage involvement of resident’s family, neighbors and friends.

Many special amenities enhance the quality of life for each resident.  The warm community setting of Trinity’s Assisted Living will feature larger apartments, elegant furnishings and family-oriented activities and services.

Residents will have 24-hour security, access to staff, assistance with activities of daily living and medication administration.  They are also provided with three meals a day and can participate in recreational and social activities.
