Fairfield, a future concept for the Trinity Campus, will be a notable, quality addition to Dodge City’s residential retirement opportunities. And, a first for Dodge City!

The moment you enter Fairfield, you will sense the refined qualities of a unique residential community for active lifestyles.  This exclusive retirement enclave will feature a “community within a community” as part of the Trinity Campus.  With 33 duplexes on a 15-acre campus, it will offer secure living, elegant entrances and charming homes. 

 

Fairfield’s campus will also include social and meeting facilities, a fitness center and other amenities for the senior citizens making their home at Fairfield.  One of these is a Resource Learning Center – A computer lab area where you can: Send and receive e-mail, write Christmas letters, write short stories and have access to the internet.

Architectural Details: 

 

The style of architecture to be used at Fairfield will include traditional roof lines and classic details.  Added exterior features will reflect a new direction in styling for the Midwest region.  The final concept results in what you will find at Fairfield, the ultimate residential retirement community.

 

Floor Plans:  The theme used for interior space layout incorporates indoor-outdoor living.  Each plan emphasizes an open angular feel that creates ease of movement.  The floor plans include a variety of one and two bedroom town homes that vary in size and features.

 

The Pennington and The St. George  town homes both have several floor plans to choose from, with either one or two bedrooms. 

 

The living area for one bedroom units will be approximately 919 square feet to 1036 square feet, and come with a one car garage of between 281 to 310 square feet.

 

The living area for two bedroom units will be approximately 952 square feet to 1408 square feet.

You can choose a one car garage of 295 square feet or a two car garage with 461 to 536 square feet.
