Rates & Fees

 

Daily Basic Room Rate:

 

Trinity Manor Adult Care Home offers both private and semi-private rooms.  The basic daily rate includes:

  • 24-hour skilled nursing care

  • A pleasant, comfortable room

  • Three meals a day, including a therapeutic diet, if needed

  • Cable television

  • All housekeeping services

  • Laundering linens and personal clothing

  • Social services

  • Restorative Care services

  • Planned activities and events

  • Church services

Daily Level of Care Rates:

   

It is our belief residents should only be charged for the services they actually need and use.  Because some residents require more care than others, we have developed a sliding Level of Care fee, based on a point system.  These rates vary from $6.00 up to $15.00 per day depending upon the assessment classification of the resident.

 

Other Services:

  • Beautician

  • Transportation - $12 round trip

  • Staff accompaniment - $12 per hr.

Under certain circumstances, some of these services may be paid by your insurance company:

 

  • Physician visits

  • Dental care

  • Speech therapy

  • Audiologist

 

  • Nursing supplies

  • Medications

  • Occupational therapy

  • Physical therapy
